Celui-ci est compos\u00e9 de 12 administrateurs dont 6 arrivent en fin de mandat (2 ans). Deze bestaat uit 12 bestuurders, van wie 6 het einde van hun mandaat (2 jaar) naderen.<br>De volledige agenda van de statutaire vergadering wordt 15 dagen voor de vergadering bezorgd.<br><br>Er zijn 6 bestuursfuncties te vervullen.<br><br>We doen hier een beroep op al diegenen die ons team willen blijven versterken.<br><br>Als uittredende bestuurders of leden van de GAQ willen (her)lopen, zouden we het op prijs stellen als u ons v\u00f3\u00f3r 15 mei middernacht het volgende zou kunnen sturen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>een heel kort cv<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jouw motivatie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mogelijke belangenverstrengeling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Uw aanvraag moet ons bereiken op <a href=\"http:\/\/ca@gaq.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ca@gaq.be<\/a>.<br><br>Na de deadline van 15 mei om middernacht kunnen we geen nieuwe aanvragen meer in behandeling nemen.<br>&nbsp; \u22dfDe <strong>Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering<\/strong> zal ook dit jaar plaatsvinden op 7 juni, na de statutaire AV.<br>Op de <em>agenda <\/em>zal slechts \u00e9\u00e9n punt staan, namelijk de goedkeuring van de statuten die zullen worden geactualiseerd volgens het nieuwe Wetboek van vennootschappen en verenigingen (CSA) en aan de leden worden voorgelegd voor eventuele wijzigingen.<br>De aanwezige leden in ordre van inschrijving, zullen stemmen over de nieuwe tekst die in het Staatsblad zal verschijnen.<br>Met vriendelijke groeten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#062360\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Indien u uw abonnement 2022 nog niet betaald heeft, gelieve dan 25\u20ac of meer over te maken op rekening BE54 3631 8311 2697, met vermelding in mededeling &#8220;abonnement 2022&#8221; en uw e-mailadres.<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>___________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0e5804\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em>Membership fee paid for 2022 = right to vote at the General Assembly!<\/em><br><\/mark><br>Dear members and friends of the GAQ,<br><br>\u22df The <strong>Statutory General Meeting<\/strong> will be held this year on <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">June 7 at 8 p.m<\/span>.<br>The <em><u>agenda <\/u><\/em>propose the renewal of the Organ of Administration.
