Down with the red notices
We regularly present for your analysis public inquiry notices regarding projects in the neighbourhood. These urban planning permit applications have a direct impact not only on the properties under review but also on their surroundings.
In other words, they concern us all, whether we are immediate neighbours or not.
We therefore encourage all residents of the neighbourhood to respond by sending their thoughts to ca@gaq.be with the subject line “public inquiry”. And of course, we urge you to make your voice heard individually during public inquiries.

Agrandir le commerce au rez-de-chaussée en couvrant la cour arrière ; construire une annexe couvrant partiellement le vide sur cour, du 1er au 3ème étage ; édifier des volumes sur la toiture plate et les aménager en locaux habitables ; modifier la façade à rue ainsi que les châssis ; réaliser des aménagements intérieurs en vue de créer trois logements aux étages (deux appartements une chambre et un duplex trois chambres) ( mise en conformité)

Modifier le permis L1104/2023: modifier la cour basse, revoir l’aménagement paysager du jardin, réaménager la terrasse du bel étage avec rehausse du mur mitoyen et prévoir un nouvel escalier d’accès au jardin
